Australian bought Sony TV won't tune in to English channels. When I try to tune it in it asks for me to choose a region but it offers only Australian territories.
Any suggestions?

Just to ensure I understood correctly - you're in England? I'm not sure of the differences between UK and AU broadcasting frequencies (if any).
You could always try the long and tedious procedure of trying a full scan on each region option to see if it picks up any channel.
