Windows 7 - waiting for discussions

Not another extra email - just an addendum to the previous.

G'day all. I've been using Win-7 ever since the beta version came out. This is the RC install. I would like to know how many others are now using it as their main o/s, what you think of it, what driver problems you might be having and I don't work for microsoft. I installed it on an old Compaq EVO500 with 512M of ram. It runs ok, not the best speed because of the amount of ram, and memory usage is running about 78%. This is strictly a machine for programming. The on-board intel video does not have a driver as yet, so I installed another PCI 4Meg graphics card to get some usable color on the screen. No complaints yet. I don't store or watch movies, use social networking sites or do a whole lot of stuff that the average computer user does on theirs. I might after I back up this installation as a virgin copy. Using the built in firewall on 7 at this time. I've been keeping in touch with WWW reports on the firewall performance. Will install an antivirus soon. One good indicator. I had heaps of problems trying to install Visual Studio C# on my XP machine which kept on failing due to problems with .Net3. Never heard a peep out of this install during the on-line installation process. So, on to the rest of you'll. Tell me what you think.
