AV picks up Trojan infection (4 posts)

Guys,

Running BitDefender AV. Scan picks up Trojan infection with Vundo.dmd and Mezzia.aq. SPYBOT & Adaware do not indicate any problems.

Only .net information is on Vundo.DMD but it is in German and Google translation is poor. No information on the other.

Any clues?

I have contacted BitDefender and will let you know outcome.

Chris,

Thanks for your response. BitDefender (My AV) got back to me and as per my scan log, the reported bugs were quarantined.

Been having trouble with e-mail that I could not overcome (nor my ISP) and have now reformatted & reloaded.

This should take care of it, download Superantispyware from one of the Author sites here>>>
