I have used a lot of search engines and I don't seem to find a place where there is a game of Mah Jong that is free instead of Shareware. Can you help find a site that you can download the game for free?

Are you after a real Mahjong game or just the "Taipei" style tile-matching game? If the former I haven't seen any that are free but there are quite a few of the tile-matching variety. Check out www.tucows.com and you should find something suitable.

Hello,

Use Google search engine and type in Kyodai in the search box. It will take you to the official Kyodai Mahjongg site. You can download any version there. Have a read when you get to the site anyway. If you dont register, all that happens is that a box keeps coming up a few times in each game telling you about registration. Just click no if you dont want to register and the game continues. There are more games other than Mahjongg included in each version. I am addicted to the game and I registered it. It cost me about $40 to $45 Australian about 18 months ago to buy it. I am then entitled to all new versions for free.
