Empire Earth trouble (6 posts)

I put the game in (Empire Earth). I press play game. I get to random map, press it. Then a blank screen comes up and I get an empire earth error message. I've sent it lots of times but the info they gave me never works. They say it is something with my vidoe card drivers or something like that. Someone please help me.

Patrick,

There probably is someone who can help you on this forum but we really need to know what the error message says before your problem can be diagnosed.

Information such as which operating system you are using, video card, processor speed etc will help solve your problem quicker.

The error signature on the error report said,

AppName: empire earth.exe
Modver: 0.0.0.0
Appver: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 0004f280
ModName: low-level engine.dll

The other stuff says stuff like "empire earth" or "the error report puts your name or anything on the web."

I got the same error in the Empire Earth expansion and I tried all of the things they told me to do at the Sierra website but they didn't work so I went onto My Computer and then went to the Art of Conquest folder and deleted the Low Level Engine dll. After that it worked fine if I loaded it from My Computer but for some strange reason it didn't work from the shortcut icon. I'm not sure if this works for Empire Earth itself.

Hi all im haveing trouble with empire earth the art of conquest i can download the game but i had a copy on my computer of it already and it tells me to replace it or remove it i have done both it sends me thro the setup all over and asks me the same thing i have tryed removeing the 1st copy with uninstall tool on my computer but it will not be removed can some one help me pls.
