How do I connect two Pcs together using a cross over ethernet cable?
I have a P4 2.53Ghz running XP Home and recently my sister bought a laptop also running XP Home. I had just bought a yellow crossover cable but when I plugged it into our ethernet ports It said limited or no connectivity after trying to get an IP address.
What are the steps for setting up this type of connection
