HI, at this moment i am no longer able to download updates for vista and my antivirus and spyware programmes.As i am not a tech person could someone help me solve this problem in simple laymans terms. Thanks very much

Hola,

I just want to take the time to write something about my own healthy weight loss as of late. Only after trying many dieting systems I came upon this one that actually works for me & my friends, course healthy eating and watching my intake is something I have been good about accompanied with this lose weight fast type of healthy weight loss. If I've posted this before here I did not see it, but am wanting to help those eager to lose weight.
