Is there a program I can use to create a slideshow on a DVD, and which I can control using the DVD remote to advance to the next slide, or go back, etc. I have several video editing programs which will produce a video of my slides, but the DVD remote does not give me the control I want. I want to be able to click to the next slide, as with an old-fashioned slide projector.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Slide Show on DVD
Robert,
I haven't done this, but my suggestion would be to use your existing video editing program (what is it?) and make each slide a separate 'Chapter'. The 'skip' button on your DVD remote essentially skips to the start of the next (or previous, for the 'back' button) chapter, so if each slide is a separate chapter you should achieve what you want.

Re: Slide Show on DVD
Hi Robert
You would need to mark each pix with a chapter marker - DVD Architect, Adobe Encore are two programs for heavyweight stuff, but some entry level programs are able to let you mark chapters.

Re: Slide Show on DVD
Robert,
I have created a DVD slide show with Nero and whilst the slide show progresses normally, you can pause each particular photo with the pause button. This is normally how you would have a slide show because changing manually - especially when you may literally have 100's of photos, manual changing becomes very tedious and tiresome.
