Client and antivirus program (3 posts)

I have one PC (host) protected by Internet Security Norton program. The other PC (client) does not have any similar protection. In the network situation is the client protected against viruses as well because of host's Norton? Thank you for your expert advice.

Just to elaborate on that one word answer...Some antivirus products you buy will allow for multiple installs over your network. Check to see if your copy does this, that was you can buy once but protect many systems. So while one safe computer does not a safe network make, one software purchase may do the trick..
