my iphone gave me the following message

The iPhone "my iphone" cannot by synced. An unknown error occurred (13019).

how can this be fixed? thx.

unsync then resync

Hey Psilo,

To resolve the iPhone error 13019 you will need to unsync all of your music on your phone, then resync it again.

In your iTunes/Iphone homepage, click on the Music tab. Then un-click the box to unsync all your music. Then click apply. After this is complete, re-click the box, click apply, and your music should sync back up.

how can this be fixed? thanks
