I can't bring up www.msn.com/ onto my computer anymore. (5 posts)

www.msn.com has been the default address on my computer for years and just recently I haven't been able to go there. I've had to put http://my.msn.com/ as my default address and when I try to go to MSN Home, it asks me to sign into NetPassport which really doesn't get me anywhere. Any ideas?

Pam,

Isn't Net Passport linked to MSN? I don't use either but this may be the case.

As for searching I use Google and have it on my Firefox homepage.

Hello Pam,

Go to Start / Control Panel / Internet Options and select the Programs Tab. There you will find the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click this and it will restore your default MSN Home settings.

Warm regards,
