Problem with games off your disc (4 posts)

When I try to start a game the message with box titled 16-bit Windows subsystem. In the box it says C:winntsystem32autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close" to terminate the application. If I choose Close or Ignore nothing still happens.

Re: Problem with games off your disc

A common problem. You need to extract a new copy of the file from your XP disc, and config.nt also. They live in WindowsSystem32.
