Wireless network and cordless phone (3 posts)

I have a DECT 1811 cordless phone which operates in the 1.8ghz range. Should it interfere with my D-Link DI624+ (and 520 wireless PCI cards)? I can't get signal, and can't seem to get answers from Uniden or D-Link.

Any help or suggestions?

All other settings seem to be ok

Hi Michael

If you disconnect the phone, and pull batteries, does the wireless work OK?

No, it shouldn't interfere.

That phone works in the 1.8 GHz band.

The wireless LAN works in the 2.4 GHz band.
