I have 2 questions. I'm a big gamer but I don't know which laptop to buy to give me the juice I need to play my games. Please don't recommend me Dell Inspiron, because I hate its cumbersome weight and physical architechture, all the plugs and ports are located at the wrong places, which makes it less convenient to plug in external devices while using the laptop.
I'm looking for a laptop that can easily handle 3D action games such as Counter Strike.
Here's my second question. Is there anyway to get rid of the "shortcut" arrow symbol for shortcut icon on the desktop for WindowsXP? I really hate that symbol.
Thank you.

Re: Which laptops are good for games?
Hi there,
Why not buy a laptop of your choice (whatever brand you want) and then upgrade the graphics card to a (GeForce 2 Go) which is specifically for playing games on laptops which is also the same graphics card found on the Dell Inspiron. This is my suggestion if you don't want to buy the Dell Inspiron which is in my opinion a wonderful laptop and I can't seem to understand why you are complaining about it!
Anyway, I hope this helps :)

Do you have a specific price range? I would probably recommend an NCI Laptop. NCI has branches in Sydney and the laptops are cheap and powerfull.
About the shortcut arrow, Yes you can using Tweak UI. It is under the explorer tab. TweakUI can be downloaded from Microsoft's web site. Be sure to download the XP Version, not the 9x Version!
