Wanting to buy A3 printer (3 posts)

I need to print pdf file manly plans to scale, does any one know of a good printer just bought a HP7000 and it is hopless

Definitely look for one that has a scaling option built-in to the printer driver - the scaling options in Word are horrible.

The Epson Stylus Office T1100 is a good option for this.

Another vote for the Epson

I agree with James on this one, the Epson Stylus T1100 is a great A3 office printer and perfectly suited to printing off plans. Going up from that you'd probably want to investigate the Epson 1410 Stylus Photo.
