1) I just want to know first what the message user sends?
2) Did it only contain the mobile no in the message?
3) If that the case then you have to write a asp/perl script that only fetches the mobile no of the user.
Then one other script that calls this script and merges all the mobile numbers with their FQDN name. It means if the number starts with 9811907488, then it first forward that number mailbox query to hutch domain mail server and after it verifies that mail id is right then it calls other script that have predefined matter that in your case is list id data, and it puts the id in to the field and forwards it to the smtp server that you are using.
