When playing spider, solitaire the cards deal slowly. Am Using windows ME.
Odd effect noticed when have help screen up cards deal at normal (fast) speed. Is it a games problem or something else? I have 256MB ram. It has baffled any one I ask. May not be games problem but operating system?

Ok, it's one of a few possible things:
For one - Windows ME was not a very good operating system - try using Windows XP or if you have an old computer 3 years old - use Windows 98 SE.
The other possibility is it could be your RAM - it may have a leak - try replacing it with another RAM stick or add another one next to it.
Have you loaded the latest video drivers for your graphics card and also directx9?
What speed is your processor?
