Zune Error C101A003 (4 posts)

My Zune has been giving me the message "Error C101A003" in windows 7. I can't listen to music, copy music, or pretty much do anything with my Zune. This sucks. Any advice much appreciated.

couple things to try

Hey Mason,

A search of the net shows you aren't alone with this problem. Some of the solutions others have found are as follows:

-try rebooting your computer and see if that resolves the problem -make sure your Windows date and time are set correctly

If these simple solutions don't work, you might have to consult Microsoft tech support. There is a rather involved procedure with DRM that they've been offering as a solution. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929642
