Have saved my PC World Log in page in Favorites. When I click on it the page comes up with the My PC World and Logout option displayed and when I write a Reply it tells me that my name will be used. However when I post the Reply it comes up as Anonymous as is evidenced in my last replies for the Windows 7 category. Any ideas please? Martin Green
PC World Log In Identity (5 posts)
Hi Martin, when you log in to
Hi Martin, when you log in to PC World click on the "My PC World" link (or go to http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/user/view ) then select "Edit Profile". There's an option called "Attribution for posts" -- change that to your name then click save. That should fix the problem :) cheers, Rohan
PC World Log In Identity
Thanks for that Rohan, have checked and my name is there and it works but only on initial Posts not on replies to Posts. Even when I Preview it comes up with my name. However will see what happens when I reply to this. Martin
PC World Log In Identity
No good Rohan. I've a sneaky feeling it may be due to the fact that I have my Log In page as a Favorite as opposed to the PC World web site from which I would then Log In and navigate to Forum? Weird: but interesting. Martin

Well Rohan. Got your email(s) will see how this goes now. Deleted cookies and deleted the gmail address as an alternative. Any chance of you getting rid of the gmail account from your end? Here goes.
