Re: Print A3 in Publisher
Hi Ethan
What you are trying to do through your printer is related to layout in Publisher.
You could use the Book layout in Publisher and choose A3 as your page size after selecting the Kyocera/Mita Copier model that you have.
In Publisher (and most publishing applications) the page size for printing is governed by the printer you select in Print setup.
By choosing book layout in Publisher you will get text flow options etc.
However, in my experience it is better to do your own layouts and be aware of the order in which you want you pages to run. e.g. pages 1 and 4 will be on one side and pages 2 and 3 will be the internal facing pages. Remember to allow a little wider margin in the centre for folding and narrower on the outer margins.
Hope that this helps. I have also found that if you are trying to fit a particular amount of text into a set space you can fiddle around with character spacing and font sizes. Also be aware that the line spacing at least 1.2 times size of font will make your text easier to read.
If you are sending to an external printer you can use publisher's Pack and Go feature, which turns your document into a set of files readbale eaven without publisher or if you create a .pdf document that would serve the same purpose and you can distribute via email to users saving on postage too.
Good luck with it.
Cheers
