Microsoft Updates ! (1 post)

Hi, I have just updated my laptop to HP Pavillion dv6, 15.6", 2gb DDR2 Ram, 320gb Sata HD, Vista Home Premium. All Microsoft Updates have been updated, Trend Micro etc. I am now experiencing a few problems so will have to send to HP for warranty repairs. My question is : having updated all Microsoft Updates (which took up to three hours) is there a way I can save these Microsoft updates to CD or DVD (in case HP formats the HD) as I am restricted with my broadband downloads size and time ? If so it would be much appreciated if any advice, suggestions could be in plain english as I am still a novice . Many Thanks. Dennis.
