transferring ipod tracks to itunes... (1 post)

is there a way to upload whats on my ipod to my itunes? basically, a few yrs ago my itunes got wiped from my computer and i had a lot of random songs which im unable to download again so im looking for a way to kinda sync my empty itunes to my ipod. any help?
