Intel Question Inside (1 post)

I'm looking at building/Buying myself a new computer, A problem i'm noticing though is a majority of the processors that come with the PC's i am looking at have the Intel core I3 inside, But I was wondering If I could simply swap the I3 out, for an I5 or an I7, without much hassle. Or would changing the processor require more then just taking one out, and plugging the other in?
