Scripting and automation of VMWare experience is require for a VMWare Architect role with one of Paxus' large consulting clients.

Our reputable Service Provider client is seeking multiple VMWare Automation Architects to join their team for initially 10 months into a large Federal Government department.


The focus for this role includes enterprise architecture, solution design and implementation, technical thought leadership, and strategy evaluations that are focused on datacentre and cloud services.


The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Microsoft, platform technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Lync, Office 365, and Windows Device Deployment as well as specialized networking, storage and virtualization expertise listed.


Candidates must have a strong background in datacentre and infrastructure technologies and be able to demonstrate a strong consulting delivery background. Candidates must have excellent communication and organization skills, object oriented development skills, documentation skills, self-motivation, project leadership expertise, and maintain outstanding professionalism. Key technology concepts and skills include:

  • Extensive background in Microsoft platform systems architecture
  • Application infrastructure design, implementation and support experience
  • Hands on Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix, or Red Hat virtualization experience
  • Hands on Datacentre and cloud computing transition experience
