UX Design Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior UXD who has the experience of building a new team around them, or would like to take that next step up in their career.
The role would initially be the sole UXD in a Digital team of approximately 40 staff. This company are at the forefront of some very exciting Digital products and are growing the team significantly to achieve their goals in the market.
Here's a brief snapshot of what I am looking for:

  • 5 years' experience working with the full UX lifecycle (everything from conceptual design, wireframing, HCD process, running UX workshops etc)
  • Strong knowledge of user-centred methodologies, within the fields of usability, information architecture, UX communication and product development
  • Experience working across various projects including responsive web, iOS / Android with a strong portfolio
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build a UX team from scratch

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.
