My client is a global professional service consulting firm seeking a User Support Specialist to come on board for a newly created role. Think Apple Genius bar level of professionalism, customer care and personality. We are seeking exceptional individuals who can provide quality customer service along with IT support.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide workstations and mobile support to end users (install, configure, maintain hardware)

    • Manage support issues

    • Facilitate the adoption of new technology

    • Hands on end user training for IT products as needed

    • Support on-site presentations and events

    • Knowledge of IT applications (Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)

    • Experience with providing technical support in a windows networked environment.

    • Experience win troubleshooting and resolving issues with MS Office, Lotus Notes, printers, VPN, as well as general windows troubleshooting skills.

    • Experience with MAC
