First of all, won't the selling dealer install it for you. He offered it free.
Secondly at least ask the selling dealer if you need a clean install. My understanding is that you can load over the top if you are currently using Vista but it may lose a few of your current applications. Irrespective of your current OS, a clean install is always a safe bet but it will require you to back up your data and reload your software............William

Yes u can do a fresh install i got the "upgrade disk" and it still gave me the option of a "custom" (full) install.
