Video recording for surgery

I am looking for an economical, at least VGA level (640 x 480) small video recorder that I can possibly clip onto my glasses during surgery to video what I am doing. Does annyone have any suggestion? It should have a long cord to attach to the computer or else wireless. I tried some security camera options and unfortunately the resolution is low. Thanks for the input.

Check out the Vizi Digital Camera System manufactured by www.vizvocus.com.
It is a USB Camera with high precision optical lenses.
I heard that the company is releasing a new HD camera too.
