I bought this printer in 2/10 from Staples on sale for $199. The wireless was easy to get going and it worked great with no problems.
Today i got an error message that the printhead is not being recognized.
Well long story short, Lexmark sending new printhead but if that doesn't work, I want a replacement.
Let's see if I get it.
If this hadn't happened I would have rated it 4.5

While it looks snazzy, and works well as a copier and scanner, it constantly gives me communication errors when trying to print. So all the 'add ons' work beautifully, but the printer is completely useless
Save yourself a whole lot of grief and buy something else - this printer has made EVERY print I do a nightmare!
DON'T BUY IT!

Well after a year the printhead went and Sunday I called Lexmark, got someone who spoke English who put me through the paces and finally deduced that the printhead was shot. He arranged to have another printhead overnighted Monday and I received it today. It came with all the ink and instructions and was very easy to do.
Voila! the printer works once again.
I have nothing bad to say about Lexmark as of this date. June 14, 2011
