I have Belkin N600DB and newer buy this like router again. Question why ?
1. Using torrents he use all connection to one person and another people who uses internet playing games HAVE MEGA LAGS and web pages wont opens.
2. One great thing only.... Site control if you have kids they wont open Porn sites because Belkin N600DB have site control function (we can say more simple) from all bad web sites.
3. Interface looks good. But you buying this functionality , he must serve you. Not how it looks good in side software or out side hardware. I hope you not gay :D

In summary: Dont waste money for this Router.
You can buy for this money beter. Than this crap. :) I just trowed to container my Belkin buyed ASUS RT-AC68U this thing worfh this money and DONT LAGS any more work good playing and downloading torrent same time. Have Perfect wifi range and speed.

Connection drops, extremely slow file transfers.

Set this router up easy enough and kept the g and n enabled since not everything is n in my life yet.

Router will at random drop its internet connectivity. All computers and devices connected cant get out to the internet. Power cycling the router solves the issue but it should not be required.

File transfer over the n network from one computer to another both using n is EXTREMELY SLOW. I get, at best, 2mb/s transfer rate. That's pathetic.

Streaming video content from wireless n computer to any media device (xbox 360, ps3, blu-ray and smart TV) is a hit or miss. Some stream fine. Some will pause/glitch for a few second. Some will not play at all because the data is not streaming through fast enough to keep the video playing properly. Try another media file and it plays fine. Go back to the one that had issues and the issue persists. Copy the problematic file to a USB drive or burn it and it'll play perfectly.

I would NEVER recommend this router to anybody. I've done hours of troubleshooting and updating drivers/firmware and it still sucks. Waste of money.

I have been using this router for 1 month. Easy set up, fast firmware update, zero issues connecting to Roku box, desktop (both wired) and 3 different tablets and 3 different laptops (wirelessly). Wireless printing is a great bonus with so many computers in the house. Good coverage all around the house also via the wifi. Really nothing to dislike about this

So far only one reset has been required, and that was after the power "blinked" twice in a two minute period. Pulled the power, plugged it back in and 30 seconds later was working again.

Pros
Price Paid for Signal Strength Achieved ,+ 5g
Cons
Shared Printer Software doesn't disconnect if Windows User is disconnected rather than logs off.

Looks like only those who have problems have commented. - Time for some rebalancing.
Had it a year and had no problems. Range is pretty good and competes very well against the rest of the local 2.4g Wifi gear (signal strength -40 to -60dBm) depending on distance in house. I even get -73 dBm in the garden) the 5g signal is fantastic (signal strength -50 to -65dBm) - and there is no competition from the neighbours yet. For the price paid it is very good.

This wireless router is a steaming dung pile. Performance through the router is pathetic (even when setup as an ACCESS POINT!!!). Range, non-existant, I am directly above it... No signal. Neighbors routers coming through my cement wall as if it weren't even there. Maybe I got a poorly made one or something glaringly wrong is going on, but I wouldn't foist this "router" on my worst enemy. I am using my neighbors internet connection since I can't go one floor and connect to my own!!! Ya, it's that bad.

Cons
Poor reliability, missing features

I had to buy a router in a pinch from a brick & mortar store rather than research and buy one from my favorite online store because my old router died and I work from home. So after not being able to research, I bought this router. I regret it.

At first it seemed to work fine, but after a couple of months it started acting up. Wireless devices started losing their connections to the router (mainly on 2.4 GHz), and only a reboot of the router would fix it. Every time it was rebooted, devices got different IP addresses -- including a network printer, which meant that all computers on the network had to have the configuration for that printer changed every time I rebooted the router. Most routers, even the ancient one that was replaced by the Belkin, have the ability to assign a static IP to an individual device on the network while leaving the others on DHCP... this router does not have that ability, it's either all DHCP or all static, and that's a big issue.

Now, in addition to devices losing their wireless connection, the router is losing its connection to the internet... and again, only a reboot of the router fixes it. I am having to reboot it at least four times each day.

The range is well below my expectations as well. My office and living room are perhaps 40 feet apart, and even with all doors between them open, I barely get a signal in my living room.

So I am going to order a better router from my favorite online store and limp along on the Belkin until it arrives... but I would discourage others from buying this router.

This router is a piece of crap. Its not half as fast as my old belkin g. I went to upgrade because my old router died so I figured I'd be safe in buying another belkin not to mention the fact that I almost paid double for this one over my G. This router is slower, I don't get full bars like I did on my old G and now the thing won't even connect.

If it was stolen I'd be happy cause I'd have an excuse to go spend money on a different brand.

Can't get it to work.
• • •

I have set this router up repeatedly. Can't seem to get any laptops to work with it reliably or at all. The laptops work on other wireless networks fine. The laptop that does work gets kicked off the network regularly. The home desktop has to be on for the router to work. Just not good. Now I read that it is slow once it does work. Sure it's user error, but this user can't understand the tech support because of their heavy Indian accent.

I have one of these, upgraded from a Billion. It's great but I would have loved to have gigabit for fast file transfers.

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
