Pros: size and battery
Cons: audio
• • •: I have bought this laptop a while back and was happy with the battery and the weight. The problem started from the one with the sound and then adapter. Every now and then message pop ups that either batter or the charger is not compatible and it was not charging. I have to unplug it and then plug it back and then it starts charging. The sound keeps cracking. After all those online chats they sent a technician at home. The guy replaced everything almost and the sound issue was still there. It happened in front of that guy and he has no answer to that. Again adapter issue started but this time message was little different but on the same line. Dell sent me a new laptop. But story didn't stopped here and I have am back to square one. Sound is cracking again. Dell wants to go through same steps which I denied. They say they haven't heard any issue related to sound. For adapter they were not taking my words so I have to show them the proof. I took a screenshot but for the sound I don't have any way. But I was lucky it happened in front of the technician. So think before buying.
