This is the first time I've had an utter failure from HP. This printer is supposed to work with XP SP2 and higher, but it's installer will not proceed on SP3. HP's solution is to 'upgrade' to windows7, or downgrade to SP2, neither of which is going to happen.
The features of this device are a perfect match for our needs, but the software and support failure makes me question HP's viability. They seem to be slipping down into Dell territory.

HP just gave me 2 printers like this to substitute the one i brought.
The text printed is always more up in the left margin than in the right one, it's not in the horizontal!!!
I have checked everything with HP, drivers, motor tests, etc..., and nothing, the printer simply doesn't print horizontal text correctly!
