Wireless disconnects all the time and has to be restarted, print quality poor on photos, ink cartridges are too tiny to last any length of time, fails to print entire photo , photo printing is super slow like several minutes for 4X6.

This printer was okay at the beginning, used very little and now I just purchased brand new ink cartridges which are not CHEAP and the junk printer still does not work after going thru all the trouble shooting steps. I should also mention after doing the printing tests - I did about 4 in total it has used over half the ink in the cartridges. What a joke! Very frustrating!! DO not buy!!

This printer was the BIGGEST waste of money!! Like other owners of this printer the black ink stopped working, with a brand new cartridge...no the cartridge was not defective, the printer is defective. I owned it for 1 and half years and have already replaced it! DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought an Epson Workforce 840, NOW that is a printer! Works flawlessly! And SHAME on you HP!!! And hire employees that SPEAK english!

I've owned this printer for several months. I upgraded from the C5180,which I loved. This printer doesn't even begin to compare with that one.
I've gone through 3 sets of ink cartridges, and haven't even done that much printing. I got a few good prints in the beginning, and then it would print with a faded color, and or start fine and halfway down the page get lines through it. Print alignment and Printhead cleaning help temporarily, but also use up half the ink cartridges. You replace those, get a few more good prints, then have the same problems. When you can get it to print properly, it prints beautiful photos and great documents, but at this rate I can't afford the ink for this printer. I can't get my computer to recognize the printer so that I can scan from the software, (but it does recognize there is a printer, as I can print from the computer just fine) and I can't scan to anything other than a flash drive from the printer. This printer just causes me nothing but frustration. I am currently researching other photo all-in-one's to replace it.

Upon successful alignment of ink cartridges, this printer has yet to dissapoint me. It's a little noisy&pricey compared to most, but I can't complain.Wireless hook-up was a breeze to an existig online wireless router. On a scale of 1-10, I give this unit a 8.5. If you're not printing lots of pictures, ink consumption is good. Ink is fairly cheap, $23 for the tri colors,$23 for black (hp brands)

This printer is wireless - great! So why is it such bad quality! It is nothing like photo quality and has lines all down the image. It really annoys me that I have purchased it. a waste of time. I am taking it back as it is not of merchantable quality.
