- Pros
- microSD card slot with well thought out encryption options!!!! Fantastic bundle of the Kingsoft Office Suite.
- Cons
- Kies software is buggy at best and needs a LOT of work. The system defaults are actually set back up app data AND WIRELESS PASSWORDS to Google.... yeah, the same company that is indexing and probing all available networks while they're doing the Streetview groundwork.

The reviewer completely misses a major point:
"Bottom Line
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 appears to be a needless upgrade. It has the same sized screen with the same resolution as its predecessor and adds no significant new features aside from a microSD card slot and updated Android software. "
The microSD card slot is HUGE. I've had an iPhone for a few years, mostly to see if I could get it to do everything that I want before getting an iPad. What I learned is that iOS is a lot of fun but virtually impossible to get serious productivity tools on it and to manage your data outside of the limitations of iTunes and the Apple ecosystem. The more you know about distributed systems and the Google founders' views on privacy and your data the more you should understand the importance of managing your data. This is a great device.

When in apps like facebook or on news pages scrolling is difficult. If you try to scroll on a picture, it will open it up, not a smooth operation at all. Flicking from page to page in the home screen can take up to 3 seconds before it works out 'oh, you want me to change the page?'
absolute waste of money.
just dont bother with this one.
