Bought the USB Modem online at AU$39.00 on offer. It started out badly with the billing, with Virgin charging my credit card with $79.00. With activation I am kept on hold 3 times for at leeast 30-45 minutes. I finally get through to their call centre which is obviously located in India. The call centre operator was completely unintelligible to the point where I kept repeateing "I cannot understand anything you are saying, could you please repeat" - truly mind boggling. Obviously after this experience, you'd expect the internet access to be total cr*p, and it is. Its a complete waste of money. Pages just sit there waiting to connect for ages and ages, while you watch the connection indicator spin away endlessly. UTTER GARBAGE! And I still havent got my overcharged $40 back.

Crooks i stood on the phone for an hour to get credit on a charge of a card that i had cancelled 6 months ago and out of the blue i get a charge after 6 months of cancelation for 40 bucks. After being transfered 5 times i get transfered to the phone department that could not help with the charge nor transfer me back to the previous rep. Horrible coutomer service I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Don't buy it dont get into it it is the worst i have ever had to deal with.
