Pros:
Very good office-type PC for general browsing and documents. Never gets slowed down by multiple browsers and documents running at the same time. Compact design saves precious workspace on a desk. Current-gen tech, should be "good" for quite some time. MSI is a reputable manufactuer, and I expect these PCs to last quite a long time, (we have multiple units).
They're also versitile. We use these PCs in touch-screen video gambling machines, (proprietary software), as well as our call center representatives' work PCs.
Cons:
The keyboard belongs in the trash. Why even include this with the PC? I fear having to do any major repairs, and was not pleased with the lack of information about servicing these units. Expecting LCD replacement to be more costly than complete replacement.
The I/O panel being located in the back, on the users' right side of the unit is very annoying. A more comfortable placement would have been along the right side, where the row of buttons, (like power, volume, etc..).
