The plastic latch on the battery compartment broke twice. The first time we didn't drop it and Nikon fixed it under warranty with a lot of arguing. The 2nd time it fell just a little ways and the little plastic latch broke off right away and the batteries flew all over. We bought a Nikon because of quality but will never buy another one again. Very upset.

good camera but the screen has a white background and it looks like two black leaves in the display..... tryed everything i can find on line to free it up but no luck.
