I am a Limo Driver, and use this G.P.S. every day, professionally. It had very slow pickup from the
satelight, we say I need to turn left the first street after the roundabout, I passed the third street already, and the G.P.S. taught I am still at the roundabout. I had customer in the car, it was embarrassing. Sometime middle of the trip just changed, and went in a different mode. I vent back with it, they give me a different brand new unit, is exactly the same. Last 6-month I am using an $84.00 no name brand, including postage. I feel much more secure with it. For the Garmin 3790T I payed $499.00 + $99.00 for life time map update. If I go on a different route, the cheap no name brand recalculate
10-time faster. Garmin is the best in Asia, I live and work in Melbourne, and thinking about selling mine in the Ebay. My wife have a Garmin 1390, not is pretty, but I think is doing a much better job than the 3790T.

looks, compact size
map not entirely accurate, screen broke & not covered by wrrty, expensive to repair

I got the 3760 as a gift from my wife and it was my first GPS. very quickly discovered how useful these things are. problem is it was so slim and small I forgot it was in my pocket when I sat down! screen broke very easily. replacement cost was less than previous review says, but still very expensive. thank god for insurance. waiting for my replacement to try the voice commands. I have been a little disappointed with the maps though. plenty of times it tells me to take a route I know is wrong or tells me to turn right at a "left turn only" sign.
suggestions for garmin - provide more accurate updates, or allow users to make mods to maps and provide a hard shell case!!

Looks, voice commands, 3d maps, routing choices, walking mode
no wi-fi, traffic reporting, as with all Garmins, to slow to be useful.

I have just purchased to replace my Garmin 680. Very happy with Garmin and this unit is excellent. Very fast updates when moving, great graphics, and great size. The voice commands are excellent and work well, a real plus. Lifetime maps in 3790LTM are only $50 more. Well worth it. A great unit.

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
