I HAVE TWO OF THESE UNITS ONE FOR MY WIFE ONE FOR ME BOTH TEND TO FREEZE UP AND ONE GOING BACK UNABLE TO GET IT OUT OF FREEZE RESET DOSNT WORK AND LETTING BATTERY GO FLAT DOSNT WORK

It takes me the last 2 days - being abroad - to register the product, but nothing at all. Web page is not working, when i connect the choice "register your product" is deactivated, the company answers my phone when possible and so many nore.... The product is crashed after only 30 days of use,and even after using a RESET button it never comes on. I was therefore left without sat nav at cruicial moments when I needed it most. Trying to reinstall the factory settings is almost PROHIBITED thinking of the real terrible menu in their web page, which is actually NOT working!!!!

i dont know whats wrong with this gps, when i bought it, it was working perfectly, 2 month later it would take 30 minutes to detect the signal!!!!!

We are on device #3, each of the 2 before would not upload the updates to the device without getting multiple error messages and then eventually becoming a device with nothing on it. Even with the working device a quick update became a painful process lasting about 45 min. We purchased the Fresh Maps service but lost it when we had to switch devices. They would not transfer the fresh maps to the new device. Even though the device works well on the road and has great features (reason we chose this one) the frustrating updating process combined with the nearly nonexistent customer service makes me a non-returning customer.
