The sound quality is great for sitting down listening to music or movies. Great that they don't get tangled very easily - major problem with iPhone earbuds. Biggest problem though for me is the performance when running. The cords are so wide that they have a lot of surface area to bump into things(themselves, each other, shirt, treadmill bar, arms, etc) and the amount of noise that it creates makes it unbearable to exercise with - had to simply take them off.
Not able to get a good fit that didn't cause me some pain at some point.

Andrew. They are built for good sound to a good price and not for usning when exercising because the flat cable is to heavy and makes a bad noice. I put my cable inside the shirt/jacket when I use them for training or just my bluetooth headphones.
Their new a-Jays five will have a clip on them so that they can be used for exercising as well.
