Revo Pico DAB+ digital radio
Overall we really like the Revo Pico DAB+: a truly portable digital radio that can handle a little bit of water. In addition to letting you listen to FM, DAB and DAB+ broadcasts, you can tune in to Internet radio stations thanks to integrated Wi-Fi.

Revo Pico DAB+ digital radio
A diminutive digital radio with integrated Wi-FiThe Revo Pico DAB+ greatly improves on its predecessor, the Revo UNO DAB+. It's a nifty little rugged radio that lets you listen to FM, and DAB+ stations. The inclusion of a rechargeable battery in the Pico was a great move by Revo, and the ‘splashproof’ design sweetens the deal a tad more.
The design is petite and minimalist, with eight buttons and a navigation wheel. Finding your way through the menu is a no-brainer; there's no annoying fiddling involved in changing stations, for example. However, we would have preferred it if the navigation wheel was the volume control instead of the station finder.
The discreet size of the Pico DAB+ makes it the perfect desk radio for work or home. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack so headphones can be plugged in if need be. A line-in port lets you use the radio as a portable speaker for devices like MP3 players.
Surprisingly for a portable radio, a compact remote control is included.
The LCD screen on the Revo Pico DAB+ could be better — when it scrolls it flashes slightly and text moves too slowly.
Despite only having a single speaker, audio is surprisingly clear and of good quality. When the Pico is first turned on the volume fades in and out a couple of times before coming good, but this isn’t too vexing.
The price tag of $349 might scare off buyers at first, but you have to take into account that this radio offers numerous features, including the splashproof case and rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It's incredibly light and it's ideal for the kitchen, bathroom and garage, or for an outdoor adventure. We think it's a sleek, good quality digital radio with the features to justify its price tag.
