I bought this printer for the scanner and copying capabilities but found out the hard way that the spec don't tell the story.

PRINTER PREPARATION OCCURING - after nearly every page when copying, the printer goes throug a noisy, time consuming print head parking cycle. I annoying and takes time. To make matters worse, when its done, it has forgotten that you told it to copy the next page.

SCAN SLOOOOWLY - I have used scanners that are slow, but this thing seems to make about four passes before finishing.

ANNOYING USB NOTICE - when a USB flash drive is in the printer slot, I constantly get a pop-up on my computer screen.

INK - simply a joke. Someone is sitting on a beach somewhere laughing at us for buying printers that use so many expensive cartridges.

Poor design with many issues

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
