This phone is a total lemon. After two months it stopped charging. It has now been returned to Huawei and to their service agent Roadhound (who are so rude to deal with) 4 times. The phone now crashes after a few minutes even when fully charged. Stay away from Huawei. I have wasted days and days arguing with them. They eventually agreed to give me a replacement but it has never turned up. They are unbelievable. What a waste of time and money. And it is such a shame that pcworld and cnet and others given this phone a good review. You have very low standards and obviously do not use phones for long enough to truly review them.

features for its price
small small mistakes

Phone stopped working 9 days after i got it, sent it off to get fixed. got it back eventually after 3 months saying nothing was wrong with it.

and for the 9 days i did have it, the reception was poor, more then half of my incoming calls were going straight to message bank. the battery life was bad. The phone was sluggish most of the time.

Definitely wont be buying a Huawei ever again

Loks nice
Stopped charging so it sucks all round

Phone stopped taking a charge after two months. Huawei took a week to get it sent to Roadhound, their service agent. A month later Roadhound never call or write with a progress report. Huawei no help. Eventually Roadhound say phone is damaged so warranty is void, but that is 100% false and the retailer backs me up on this as they checked it too. Any damage is because it is a cheaply made handset that cannot even handle being plugged in to charge every day or so. Still arguing with them to fix it. One month, no phone. Don't ever buy Huawei. They take your money and Then offer no warranty or customer service. No wonder the government won't let them bid for the NBN. Huawei = cheap phone, crap service. Stay away!

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
