TWO clear earhooks are included in the one I bought today, 07-02-2012.
The silicon covers slide on to the unit & are supposed to lock into the mini usb porew socket. They wont lock in as they appear to be to "springy" & the little plug just pops out. The cover could slide off!!
Set up & clarity are easy & good.
Had a Blue Ant X3 for 4.5 yrs & the battery died.
Hope this one is as good or better.
