I have large hands and poor eyesight. The XL is perfect for me. - Unfortunately it is complicated to navigate. It has great sound, so I am using it more as an iPod than an actual phone. - I like the camera and find the videos very high quality images and excellent sound reproduction. It's really an iPod cum Camcorder. One serious problem the phone keeps telling me the SD card is full. (We all know the XL is not equipped with SD functionality! - It's seems that the software is from a previous model..... - Total available memory is 8.89gb and not the promised 16gb. Don't download too many apps, you will soon run out of memory. - Wish HTC has included some basic games... Angry Birds would be nice!

HTC releases phones so fast , if I buy this then this will be older model soon. I think they should test there phones properly before releasing them. They release phones and get users to test them. I bought Htc desire hd. Good specs but bad battery, htc sense never worked properly, phone always prompted to set date and time, memory card unmount frequently. Then finally screen died and service department refused to repair.

The screen is too large to be practical...

I think this phone is brilliant with good tech behind the scenes. It also has a sleek, stylish design and HD camera. Has many different and useful features and it is available on many different networks each offering loads of options for contracts etc.

The screen is fragile compared to other large screen phones. If your clumsy, this phone's screen will shatter badly, a 300 dollar fee to fix.
