So, this phone is pretty nice for the first couple days you have it but after that it all goes down hill. This phone is great for people who like to text but it is not durable. i drooped it onto carpet and the screen broke and would not display anything and was just black. i had only had it for 1 month and about 10 days when it broke. Also the browser key is right next to the a and z keys, so when you text a lot of the times you will accidentally press the browser button, and it will take you into the browser: very annoying. Also sometimes the touchscreen will lag and take a while to go up and down.

the quality of the photos this phone takes is average at best. generally they are blurry and too dark.
the internet runs really slowly, not sure if that's the phone or telstra. a few times the phone has frozen and i've had to turn it off and back on for it to work. the touch screen is pretty average also, i spend a lot of time taping at the screen trying to change my ringtone etc.
also, when i go into the country to get reception i have to turn the phone off then back on before it will work once i've left the city, it doesn't automatically change to roaming or whatever it's called.
i've dropped this phone about 10 times and it's still totally fine. i'm surprised the other reviewer said it broke after landing on carpet because mine has hit the pavement and floorboards many times with no problems.
i like that there is a button that opens a blank text message and the qwerty keyboard is good for fast texting.
if you just want a phone for texting and calls then this is a good phone, the gadgets on this though don't work as well as you would like.
