owning n97, n8, and 4s - in same order
will say sos is fine for all but mentally challenged personnel, n8 and e7 hdmi out, fm out or lack there of for n97 e7 are real downers. usb charging is wonderful features. fm out allows play media on go n car or hdmi use as media streaming to tv making conventional tv a inet tv. down side, low ram single core slow processor makes reading large pdf files slow for nokia products. general apps for. okia ok. but specialized ios aos apps fill many niche markets that are lacking for sos.
however as accessory support for sos nokia have all but evaporated and ios perifials abound, the clear.choice is apple. also with same cell tower, same sim, same location and carrier. n8 and n97 only pull zero to 2 bars, where as ios 4s consistently gets 3 bars. the nokia products reception were so poor i generally left them in offline mode. sorry nokia but the many failings of your products drove me to i4s. nokia was a great product in their day but sadly they not keep up. having also wasted $ on htc winmob, the general stats not lie. android and ios are only contenders in todays market. will keep my nokia products as back ups or as media devices but for general use: ios or aos are where it is at ow

i boI bought the e7 on the 24th of July, it worked fine but suddenly on the 9th of August, it stopped working...
Nokia care is blaming me and refuse to repair it under the warranty.
My iphone 3GS is with me for over 2years and is still working without complains.
Nokia is very far behind in smartphone, wouldn't recommend anyone to buy expensive devices from Nokia specially this e7

I have recently bought Nokia E7 followed by N900 & N97.Nokia E7 Performance is much better than N900 with regards to battery power and other uses.But I have been disappointed with nokia voice guided map.which could not meet my requirements.as there is no support for country map of Bangladesh.Nokia should remember a huge people in Bangladesh are nokia's customer.so The Nokia keeping this in mind should not only attract people to buy their products but should actually work on customers needs and work accordingly.If Nokia wants their future business success then their appliances must be more user friendly with compare to other company's products in the market.Nokia should remember that the people who are interested in using new technology are not just dumb at this century.

i agree with the review... but in saying i do not liek the music player, purely because i cant just pick one artist.... only a single album or all the songs in 1.... cant wait for symbian anna soon tho, that should fix it up...

just got this thru vodafone and lurve lurve lurve it, got the dark grey. love the new features and touch screen just as easy to use as my old e71. qwerty keyboard super handy but u dont have to use it if you dont want too. love the one touch app. camera is awesome, torch feature is an excellent idea that e71 didnt have all round excellent phone for business n pleasure

Looking forward to getting this. My wife has excellent N8 but I want to the keyboard. It will be my third communicator. They are superb. Ignore the review.
