Worst phone ive even bought. The touch screen never works and if it does then it takes 5 mins for it to respond the lock button doesnt do anything. ive had four new black berrys in 3 months ! and they all do the same and you never get service!

I was a dedicated iPhone user, that is until my work made me use the new torch through their BES server and WOW I prefer it big time. My iPhone is now gathering dust, and that's something I never thought I would say out loud.
It's fast, it's intuitive, and it really works well, browsing is fast, and great battery life.
I guess its personal preference - but I know where mine is now!!

i have one 3 months ago from rogers but i use with movistar mexico and i love it is too fast so smart his camera wow video 720i hd damn the bad news is in mexico i have not accessories right now for this model

I cannot understand what Blackberry were thinking by removing the keyboard from the new Torch. This was a perfect opportunity for Blackberry to offer a large screen, high performance device with the two main Blackberry benefits - instant e-mail and physical keyboard. A spectacular home goal for Blackberry.

i do not get why people are so up at arms regarding their phones. each person has different needs for it, no one is better than the other.

Personally. I don't see the benefit of a bigger screen. I like petite phones. I am actually disappointed the 9860 is actually bigger than my 9780. I think material argument is more valid. And battery life better be outstanding. The apple app store is too fad like. Quantity do not = quality. I love RIM's in house apps. They are integrated into the system well. I love games on my iphone. But I might just look at a new ipod touch. I replaced the iphone with a blackberry as my communication/news tool. It had been perfect so far.

The Torch 9810 is the new torch with touch screen AND keyboard. The torch 9860 is touch only.

I am Blackberry phone user for past few years. I got my BlackBerry Torch 9860 just 4 months ago and having problems with it on regular basis. I gave it for repairs and got new one and it has exact the same problems ( freezing scream, unlock bottom doesn't respond for nearly min ).
Unfortunately very disappointed.
Trying to get a new phone and this time Iphone. :(
