This phone / operating system is bizarre, difficult to navigate, unfortunately in locked into a plan I'd love to flush it down the toilet. The help facility is virtually not existent. The text is small if you expand it you are forever scrolling left to right. Love to complain to samsung/windows/network but you know nothing will come of it. Crap setup looking forward to support.

I love it. The battery life is my only concern so far. It is so easy to use and I have no problem navigating through it. I had an i-phone4 till it bit the dust and I didn't use it anywhere near the same as this, because I found it so much harder to get my old head around the features.
Even my son finds it easy to navigate but like most younger people prefers more the andriods or i-phones.
