I have had this phone for 1.5 years now. First,I keep muting or putting my calls on hold, because those buttons are right next to the ear on the touch screen. Now, (17 months into 24 month contract) I don't get any calls or messages ON TIME. A few hours later, I'll get a few messages at once or a list of MISSED calls that I didn't even get in the first place. The key pad is small so it's hard to use. The touch scree is slow. I would never ever recommend this phone to anyone.

Hate this phone! I am a big texter, and the predictive text and dictionary are awful.
You type in the wrong word ONCE, and it remembers that word for the rest of your life! So if you type in 'ome' instead of 'one' it will continue to type 'ome', no matter how many times you add the correct word or correct it, it continues to predictively spell the wrong word.
The set list of bookmarks can't be deleted, so you're stuck with them and have to scroll down to yours each time.
The widgets are annoying, if you want to have a picture on your homescreen, you have to place the widgets around the edge, and if you press one for too long, it picks up and slides around the screen, frustrating.
I will never get another SAMSUNG phone because of that predictive text misspelling. I used to have an LG Crystal and you could go in and delete unwanted words with that one, not the case with the SAMSUNG touch.
